Water Safety 

Understanding water safety is crucial for all water sports and beach users, but you don't need to listen to us. This pages provides you links to the experts, take the time to read these, it could safe your life!

Barmouth  does not have lifeguards, so it makes it even more important that when you enter the water or do any water-sports that you stay within your limits and understand water safety.

If you see someone in trouble, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.

Do you know what to do if you get caught in a Rip Tide?  Rip Tides can occur on any beach and we do have them here in Barmouth. The beach is a great day out but knowing these facts could help save your life.
